	Refrigeration Air Dryers Kaeser Dryers with the SECOTEC energy-saving technology have capacity of 0.55 to 20 m³/min. Other series have capacity up to 65 m³/min and up to working pressures of 16 bar. Kaeser refrigeration air dryers are economical and environmentally friendly compressed air treatment equipment. Compressed air contain not only its main component nitrogen and oxygen, but also water vapor and other foreign substances. In addition, there are other contaminants such as dust, carbon deposits, sulfur dioxide, oil and hydrocarbons in various concentrations. Because of their good aftercooling, the Kaeser compressors separate up to 80% of these damaging components from the air. The remaining 20% are enough though, to cause critical problems in modern production plants and can affect the efficiency of production considerably. The new dryers from Kaeser increase quality air using far less energy than before with less environmental pollution, complying easily with ISO/DIS 8573.1 standards Class 3.4.2 (oil at 1 mg/m³, water at pressure dewpoint of +3oC, and particles at 1 mg/m³).
